 DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES.-What compensation shall Machinist Dan Hurley receive as result of personal injury incurred January 3, 1934?
 STATEMENT.-The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organ zation in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the organization that the case be withdrawn.
Case dismissed.
