DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYE S.-Request that W. Atkins, electrician, be returned to the position of lead man at Paducah, Ky., and allowed the difference in what he has been paid as an electrician axed what he would have earned as a lead man from November 20, 1934, to the date he is returned to the position of lead unan.

FINDINGS.-The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934.

This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein.

The parties to said dispute were given due notice of hearing thereon.

Under date of May 27, 1936, joint letter was received by the Secretary of the Second Division requesting withdrawal of case.




Case dismissed.
