DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES.-That the application of the ruling referred to as Standard Instructions E·-53, be confined to any future applicants for employment, rather than be made effective to the present working force in, the Mechanical Department of the Central Railroad of New Jersey.

That Machinist Helper H. Mullaney, Boilermaker Helper Joseph Vella, Painter Helper James Tucci, Coppersmith Helper Michael Giaquinto and Laborer Michael Plesko be restored to the rates occupied by them prior to April 1st, 1936, with seniority unimpaired and paid for all monetary losses involved.

STATEMENT.-The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.




Case dismissed.
