DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: Claim of George Kahler, freight car repairer, employed by the Denver and Salt Lake Railway Company at Utah Junction, Colorado, should be paid the passenger train carmen's rate of eighty-two cents per hour when engaged in welding service on passenger train car equipment.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.
