DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the position classed as stationary engineer prior to July 23, 1935, with the wage rate of 56%,¢ per hour, be restored and employes affected by reclassification and wage reduction be reimbursed for such wage losses since July 23, 1935.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.




Case dismissed.
