DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: Time and one-half pay for Car Inspector Enrique Aguilar, at Bowden shops, Jacksonville, Florida, for April 21, 1936, and May 12, 1936, when changed from one shift to another.

 STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex pane form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

Case dismissed.
