DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Rule 26 of the agreement between the aforesaid parties was violated by the railway company in changing the working hours of the employes at Silvis shops from 40 to 48 hours per week.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division' of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.




Case dismissed.
