DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: Does the work of pinching engines in connection with the setting of valves properly belong to machinist helpers under Rule 64 of the current shop craft agreement?

STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railway Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.
