TERMINAL RAILROAD ASSOCIATION OF ST. LOUIS

DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: Interpretation of that portion of Rule 27 of the shop craft agreement, reading, "In the restoration of forces, senior laid-off men will be given preference in returning to service,

and shall be returned to their former positions if possible," in connection with the claim of Boilermaker J. L. Fitzgerald.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.




Case dismissed.
