DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the work of "lettering and stenciling" freight car equipment at Lancaster car shops, Fort Worth, Texas, should be performed by a mechanic (painter), and also that Helper E. J. Vitasek, who has been performing such class of work, should be paid the difference between that of painter helpers' rate which he has received and mechanics' rate of 73¢ per hour for all time so engaged in doing mechanics' work.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.




Case dismissed.
