DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Mr. Frank Talley be restored to service as material selector (car department), Texarkana, Texas, and be fully compensated for all time lost since date of his furlough October 28, 1933; also, claim for pay as material selector for employes classified as laborers who have, since the furlough of Mr. Talley, performed such similar service.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.




Case dismissed.
