DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: Request for reinstatement of Machinist Helper Arthur Clements to service with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company at Lakeland, Florida, shops, with seniority unimpaired and pay for all time lost while junior men were retained in service, dating from September 15, 1934.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.
