DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Car Inspector W. F. Hathcock of Vanderbilt, Texas, was unjustly dismissed from service and should be paid for all time lost from February 1, 1936, to date reinstated, July 9, 1936, inclusive; total of 1280 hours at $0.71 per hour.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and during the course of the hearing the parties requested that the case be withdrawn.




Case dismissed.
