DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the railroad company violated Rule 3 of the agreement between the parties hereto, effective December 3, 1935, and applicable to electrical workers and their helpers in the Maintenance of Way and Structures Department, by paying Electricians E'. Daingerfield, L. Fritchie, and H. Hushler, and Electrician Helper P. Gurzin, on the basis of straight time instead of the punitive basis of time and onehalf, for work performed by them on Thursday, February 11, 1937. Claim is made for additional compensation for these employes for such work in the amount of the difference between the time and one-half rate and the straight time rate.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.
