DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: Night Round House Foreman A. R. Paul is not entitled to do mechanic's work at Savannah round house, Savannah, Georgia.

STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.



Claim dismissed.
