TERMINAL RAILROAD ASSOCIATION OF ST. LOUIS

DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: Shall Blacksmith C. R. Hicks be restored to service and compensated for all time lost on account of being displaced by a junior blacksmith?

STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.



Claim dismissed.
