DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the work of jacking journal boxes under passenger cars in Cleveland Union Terminal Coach Yard, for the purpose of removing and applying journal bearings and wedges as required in connection with periodical repacking of passenger car equipment, should be done by carmen and not by helpers.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
