DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: Request for reinstatement of Machinist T. E. Wilson to service with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company at Moncrief (Jacksonville, Florida) roundhouse, with seniority unimpaired and compensation for wage loss due to being taken out of service on April 16, 1938, and subsequently discharged May 2, 1938.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.


                  AWARD


Claim dismissed.
