Lucas, furloughed carman at Waterloo, Iowa, be compensated for one day at carman's rate, account of helpers assigned to riding cars with new wheels in various trains leaving Waterloo on December 2, December 18, and December 22, 1937.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.
