DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: Claim of employes that at Bureau, Illinois, Eldon, Missouri, and Waurika, Oklahoma, carmen who were furloughed be returned to service and compensated for all wage loss account of violations of Rules 31 and 93 of the current agreement by the carrier.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
