DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That A. H. Jones, machinist, be reinstated with his seniority rights and paid for all time lost account of being held out of service account of physical examination that management required he pass when he was recalled to service after being furloughed.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
