DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That W. W. Jayne, boilermaker, and V. E. Davis, boilermaker helper, be compensated at time and one-half for work performed Sunday, February 20, 1938, and for February 22, 1938, which was a legal holiday (Washington's Birthday), for which they were paid only straight-time rate; also claim eight (8) hours' pay for violation of the contract in regard to reduction of force.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
