DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: In the restoration of forces the carrier violated the third paragraph of Rule 27 in not returning L. W. Kessler
to his former position in the Brooklyn roundhouse.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, a
hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from
them that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
