DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That electrical work, consisting of renewing lamps, washing shades and reflectors, building, repairing, inspecting, installing and maintaining all power service lines on poles, the repairing, rebuilding, inspecting and maintaining the wiring of generators, motors, transformers, inside and outside wiring at shops and yards and buildings, on the Scranton Division; the winding of armatures, fields, magnet coils, performed by employes in the Maintenance of Way and Structures, Electrical Department, Scranton Electric Shop, prior to and subsequent to December 3, 1935, and-holding seniority rights thereof, be returned to and performed by said employes.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.


                  AWARD


Claim dismissed.
