THE COLORADO AND SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY

DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the position of Mr. C. J. Snyder as wrecking crane engineer was never abolished, at the time his position as mill mechanic and locomotive carpenter was abolished, and that he should be placed back as wrecking crane engineer and paid for all time lost, and that his seniority be unimpaired.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Case dismissed.
