SYSTEM FEDERATION No. 13, RAILWAY EMPLOYES' DEPARTMENT, A. F. OF L. (FIREMEN AND OILERS)



DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: Warren F. Strout should be paid for all time lost between the date that he last worked at Stoneham as watchman and the date that he again started employment at the New Terminal Enginehouse as firetender.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
