DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: Claim for restoration positions of leading electrician and three electricians at Hoboken Substation, with payment of all wages and time lost, retroactive to June 10, 1937, to all employes affected by the discontinuance of these positions, and assigning the work to chief power dispatcher and three power dispatchers.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
