DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That electricians regularly employed as such, in the traction substations, be compensated for all time lost subsequent to April 27, 1939, account of Electrician Helper Hugo Brand, employed in the traction substations on the 8:00 A. M. to 4:00 P. M. shift, performing mechanics' work (electricians), viz: Operating Roseville Avenue substation on 4:00 P. M. to 12:00 shift.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
