DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That E. W. Damrill be compensated for all Sundays and holidays worked after the establishment of seven-day job for sheet metal worker at Nevada, Missouri, on January 29, 1937, until its discontinuance August 6, 1938.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex pane form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that this case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
