DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: Protest of District No. 32, of the International Association of Machinists, on reduction in force made by the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company on or about March 31, 1939, in the shop and roundhouse of said company at St. Paul, Minnesota, and that in said reduction Joseph Haider, machinist helper, was laid off and that he be paid for all time lost.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
