DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Benito Terronez, blacksmith helper, Silvis, Illinois, be paid (5) five cents per hour, which represents the difference in the hourly rate paid junior helpers and the basic hourly rate paid to helpers of all crafts, for each hour worked by him as a blacksmith helper, from Nov. 2, 1938, to April 7, 1939, totaling 831 hours and amounting to $41.55.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
