DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That oldest furloughed car inspector at each of the following points namely, Kansas City, Missouri, Venice, Illinois, Joliet, Illinois, Springfield, Illinois, Bloomington, Illinois, and the two oldest furloughed car inspectors at Glenn, Illinois, be compensated for all time lost by themselves on account of the management violating Rule 29 of current agreement from October 15, 1938, until violation is discontinued.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
