DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Ollie De Boser, carman, located at Alexandria, La., is entitled to five cents (b¢) per hour above rate paid second-class carmen, seventy-eight cents (78 ¢) or eighty-three cents (83¢) per hour according to Rule 109 for all time worked since his assignment by bulletin to A. A. R. write-up work at that point.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
