DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the junior moulder on the seniority list East End Shops, Roanoke, Virginia, be placed back on the steel furnace as melter (second shift) and that he be compensated for the difference between the moulder's rate of pay, 85¢ per hour, and that of melter on the steel furnace, $1.00 per hour, from the time the junior moulder was pulled off until placed on as melter, also that the daylight job of moulder be advertised.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
