DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the assignment of machinists and others to perform carmen's work in roundhouse at Little Rock, Arkansas, is a violation of Rule 31. That carmen (locomotive carpenter) assigned days be paid a four-hour call for each of the days enumerated in work-check and all other days subsequent to November 1, 1938, in which a check of work slips shows machinists or others performed carmen's work.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
