DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Fred Nali and Ernest Mone, car helpers at Mechanicville, New York, be compensated for all time lost at punitive rate, that a laborer was used on their job (tractor operator), after expiration of their regular bulletin hours, from February 18, 1939, to June 8, 1939.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
