DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: Claim that the Duluth, Winnipeg & Pacific Railway Company violated the provisions of the existing agreement, Rule 57, on and after March 1, 1939, by discontinuing having shop craft employes "Check in and out and make out service cards on their own time" and paying them one minute for every hour actually worked and that the Duluth, Winnipeg and Pacific Railway shall pay the shop craft employes, each, one minute for every hour worked between March 1 and October 6, 1939.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.
