DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Repairman George Hadley, Concord, N. H. car shop, should have been allowed to exercise his rights as per Rule 23, agreement effective April 1, 1937, and been placed on job as a millman and should be paid for all time lost since this new job was created, January 27, 1939.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.
