DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Messrs. L. Fritchie, E. Thiele, C. Dove, W. Morehead, E. Daingerfield, E. Rumsey, C. Corley, L. Samon, H. Hushler and W. Kelly,, classification be changed from that of electricians to that of high tension linemen, and that Messrs. H. Barry, J. Maloney, T. Ciesla, C. Austin classification be changed from that of electrician helpers to that of groundmen.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
