DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: When vacancies occur or new jobs
are created in the machinist craft, unless they were formerly filled by a shop
hand, they must be advertised to a machinist.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and during the course of the hearing the parties
requested that the case be withdrawn.

Case dismissed.
