DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That M. S. Wardlow, electrician employed at the Hoboken Electric Shop be compensated for the difference in what he received and what he should have received for work performed on June 8, 9, 1940, total amount $14.08.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
