DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Robert Gibson, a plumber, should have prior rights or preference to displace James Lynch, a plumber's helper, and that Robert Gibson be compensated for all time lost-at the rate of eighty-six cents (86¢) per hour-while his job was covered by James Lynch.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.


                  AWARD


Claim dismissed.
