THE KANSAS CITY SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY

DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the displacing of two laborers (Dan W. Kelly and Hiram O'Neal) at Heavener, Oklahoma, by R. W. Hornbuckle, machinist apprentice of Pittsburg, Kansas, and J. L. Parker, engine carpenter of Heavener, Oklahoma, should not have been permitted when they were furloughed. Dan W. Kelly and Hiram O'Neal should be restored to service with seniority unimpaired and paid for all time lost.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
