DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: (a) That on May 20, 1941, at Bush, Illinois, the carrier did violate Rule 4 (d) of the current agreement, by compensating Machinist B. J. Sanders and his helper, W. P. Smith, for only one hour at the time and one-half rate for call received at 5:30 A. M. on said date.
(b) That Machinist B. J. Sanders and his helper, W. P. Smith, be each compensated under Rule 4 (d) in the amount of four hours at their regular pay rates, or $3.44 and $2.32, respectively, for said call.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
