DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: (a) That at the Nevada, Missouri shops on January 4, 1941, and on occasions immediately prior thereto, the carrier did violate Rule 26 (a), Rule 88 (a) and Rule 89 of the current agreement, by the assignment of employes other than blacksmiths and their helpers to perform blacksmiths' work to avoid restoring a blacksmith and a blacksmith helper to service. ,
(b) That Blacksmith W. L. Graves and Blacksmith Helper M. N. McKee each be compensated for four days at their regular rates of pay in consideration of said violations.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
