DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: (a) That at Texarkana, Texas, on the night of February 12, 1941, the carrier violated Rule 84 (c) in that other than carmen were used to rerail engine No. 451.


(b) That Carmen S. E. Spratt and D. Davison, and Carmen Helpers R. Miller and C. O. Elliott, each be paid for a four (4) hour call on the night of February 12, 1941, under the provisions of Rule 2 (d) of the current agreement.


STATEMENT:. The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and during the course of the hearing the parties requested that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
