DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: (a) That the carrier did, and is, violating Rule 2-1, by working four separate and distinct shifts in the Pine Bluff Roundhouse.


(b) That the boilermakers, the carmen and the sheet metal workers be awarded the same shift hours and lunch period consideration granted the machinists, as required by Rule 2-3, when three shifts (not four shifts) are established.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
