DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the use of laborers to assist in handling material in the steel fabricating shop at Nashville during the process of manufacture is a violation of Rule 124 of the current agreement.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above parties jointly, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from them that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
