CHICAGO, BURLINGTON & QUINCY RAILROAD COMPANY

DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: (a) That the carrier on January 27, 1941, by displacing Carman C. R. Myers as a cook on the wrecker with a laborer, did and is violating Rule 72 (a) of agreement effective October 1, 1940.


(b) That Carman C. R. Myers be restored as cook on the wrecker and be compensated for all time lost on January 27, 1941, the total amount being $7.39, suffered as a result of said displacement by said laborer.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
