DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: A-That at Kingsland Shop, N. J., on Friday and Saturday, October 11 and 12, 1940, the carrier violated Rules 27, 28 arid 98 by the assignment of Machinist Welder Morgan to chipping and welding passenger car No. 258 buffer endsill.


B-That Carman Welder Raymond Jacobus be compensated for the two days' pay, October 11 and 12, 1940, on account of the aforesaid violation.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




Claim dismissed.
